This cake was a "one-hour" cake, but for being so rushed I think it still turned out okay. I made it for my friend on her birthday, but my day ended up being extra busy, hence the (less than) one hour I had to decorate it. :) The cake was a butter pecan flavored cake topped with buttercream icing. All the decorations were made out of buttercream. Happy Birthday, Debbie, I hope you enjoyed the cake!
