These cute cupcakes would be perfect for anyone who loves polka-dots!
I made them for a friend who was having a hard day, but they would also be cute as teacher gifts or for a little girl birthday party.
The cupcakes are almond butter cake, frosted with almond frosting. The polka-dots are marshmallow fondant.
